Elizabeth More, LMT, CMLDT, CWC

Hi, I’m Lizzie, a passionate and dedicated massage therapist with a focus on helping clients feel better in their bodies; whether that means easing pain, reducing swelling, or supporting recovery and wellness goals.

I’m certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) through Klose Training, which allows me to work safely and effectively with clients dealing with post-surgical swelling, lymphedema, and encouraging the body’s natural cleansing mechanisms. MLD is a gentle but powerful technique that supports the body’s lymphatic system to promote healing and reduce inflammation.

In addition to my massage work, I’ve entered a mentorship with Dawn Schmidt focusing on myofascial release, and I’m currently pursuing certifications in personal training and nutrition, to deepen my understanding of the body and support my own health journey. This ongoing education helps me bring a more informed, holistic perspective to the care I provide my clients.

I understand that massage therapy is an integral part of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall health. Through active listening skills, I am able to work with patients to create the most effective treatment tailored to their needs. My compassionate and holistic approach to massage therapy blends with therapeutic knowledge and the natural healing power of the human body to create a unique and soothing treatment. Using light to moderate pressure, my treatment style is fluid, grounding, and calming . I incorporate Swedish relaxation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and gentle therapeutic stretching.

Touch, when administered with intention and empathy, has the remarkable ability to alleviate physical discomfort, ease emotional distress, and foster a sense of well-being.

My services:

I’m currently offering mobile massage appointments exclusively within the Edmonds area. My goal is to bring the comfort and tranquility of a professional massage experience directly to your space.

60 minutes……$175

90 minutes……$225

When scheduling your session, please note that I allocate an additional 15 minutes before and after your appointment for setup and breakdown of my massage equipment. During this time, I thoughtfully unpack, set the mood, conduct an intake and assessment, and prepare the space with fresh linens. After your session, I efficiently pack up, leaving your space just as I found it.

As an animal lover, I completely understand that pets are part of the family. However, to ensure you receive the most relaxing experience, it’s important to have a distraction-free environment. If your pets become overly curious or excited, I kindly ask that they be kept in another room until we are finished.

For your comfort and safety, please ensure there is a clear space ready for the massage table, which measures 30 inches wide and 72 inches in length, along with enough room for me to move freely and provide effective bodywork. This ensures you can remain fully immersed in the atmosphere we create together.

Frequently Asked Questions & Policies

  • Massage therapy helps to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and ease pain while promoting relaxation and overall well-being. It supports both physical comfort and mental balance, making it an effective way to maintain health.

  • Your first session begins with a brief intake, where I’ll ask questions about your health, lifestyle, and areas of tension or discomfort. This helps me tailor the massage to your needs. I may also perform gentle range-of-motion assessments to understand your body’s mobility and guide our work for the most effective results.

I will arrive around 15 minutes early to setup the massage table and prepare the space. For your comfort and safety, please provide enough clear space for the 30” x 72” table for me to move freely around it. After the session, I efficiently pack up my equipment, leaving your space as it was.

  • Massage therapy, while generally considered safe for most individuals, does carry certain risks that clients should be aware of. These risks can vary depending on the type of massage technique used, the client's health status, and any underlying medical conditions. Clients with some chronic health issues should seek guidance from their healthcare provider to determine if massage therapy is safe and appropriate for them. It is your choice to receive this treatment and massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, medical examination or diagnosis. We do not guarantee or imply specific results or success. Clear communication of your health history, current conditions or any other contraindications is key to providing you with the best and safest massage treatment.

  • You will receive an initial confirmation email when you request a session and a second email with a required Massage Therapy Intake Form if this is your initial appointment. You will also receive a reminder email and text 24-hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm that the booking day and time match what you put in your calendar.

  • We encourage each of our clients to undress to the level of their own comfort. For many, this means removing all of their clothing, and for others it means leaving on some of their clothing. Whatever choice you make about undressing is completely up to you.

Much of the massage techniques we specialize in effectively use lotion on skin, and for that we recommend removing as much clothing as you feel comfortable with. Many clients choose to leave on underwear or shorts, which may be ideal if you wish to experience sports or Thai massage stretching during your massage experience, however, we are very skilled with draping to accommodate for all levels of undress. You will always be covered by a sheet throughout the massage, except in the areas where we are working.

  • At this time, we do not take any insurance for services, so you will be expected to pay for your massage at the time of service.

  • We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience and also means other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

We also require a credit card number to be given to book appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur.

We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, may have been exposed to COVID, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if we need to close or cancel due to bad weather and we ask you to do the same. A late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

For the safety and professional well-being of all parties, I reserve the right to cancel or discontinue a session if I determine that the environment or circumstances are unsafe or inappropriate. This policy ensures that services are provided only under conditions that support a secure and professional practice.

  • Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is no sexual component to massage. Any insinuation, gesture, or request otherwise will result in a termination of your session and a refusal of services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session.

  • Pets are a welcome addition, but to ensure a peaceful and focused session, please keep them in another room if they become too curious or active.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, therapeutic technique designed to stimulate your body’s lymphatic system, which is how your body manages immunity. Utilizing light, rhythmic strokes, MLD enhances circulation and supports immune function. It is particularly beneficial for reducing swelling, alleviating post-surgical edema, and managing conditions like fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. Clients must have healthy cardiac and renal function to receive MLD. This practice does not treat advanced lymphedema and does not provide compression therapy fittings or wound care services.

  • During your appointment, I will perform light, repetitive, rhythmic strokes to encourage lymph flow, focusing on areas where lymph nodes are concentrated, such as the neck and underarms. The sequence is typically relaxing and may last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on your specific needs.
